Looking for roommate in Appleton, WI from mid-Jan 2020. This is a 2 bed/1.5bath apartment close to Fox River Mall. Lease runs till end of August 2020. You can sign-up as sublease or potentially taking over the lease. Details can be decided case by case through leasing office.

I will be living in the apartment on Monday through Thursday only. Rent $965 + Internet $45 + Utilities ~130/3months. All this will be shared. Non-smoker preferred as this is smoke-free complex.
